I specialize in helping people meet their health and wellness goals through approachable and easily understandable advice. I believe that by making small, sustainable changes in how we nourish ourselves both through food and activity, we can support our lifelong well-being.
An avid golfer, reader, traveler and connoisseur of fancy cocktails, I also (rather slowly) run 5ks and 10k races for “fun”. And ever since taking my first yoga class in a basement room of the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan in 1999, I have been a fan of the way it calms my mind and body. I excitedly read nutritional and medical research papers in my spare time.
I live just outside of Minneapolis, MN with my golf partner and eternally patient husband, my begrudging golf partner and incredibly awesome teen daughter, and a Labrador Retriever who likes to sleep in laundry baskets.
I’ve always been intensely interested in the field of nutrition as it relates to our health and wellness. I believe the things we eat and do have a profound effect on our overall wellness. I am excited to share what I know with you.
